1. Order Processing & Production Time:

All our acrylic boards and customized decor items are made-to-order. Once an order and design mockup are confirmed, production takes 2 to 4 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines:

- Within Kerala: Delivered within 6 to 7 business days after dispatch.

- Rest of India: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

3. Tracking Details:

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking ID/link will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS so you must monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Packaging & Transit Damage:

We take utmost care in packaging fragile acrylic items with multi-layer protective materials. In the rare event of transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video for replacement assistance.
